When looking at a graphic item, you’ll notice a header at the top.
There are a couple of awesome functions that we have here.
Starting from the top left, you can see our logo here, you can change this to your or your client’s logo.
Then we can find the name of this graphics item and the short description we set up when creating this item.
Going to the right hand side, the first is a button which allows you to upload a new version of this design. For example, let’s say we’ve done one revision round on this mock-up here and the changes are done:
We simply click the icon here, upload the next version of the mock-up to the media library and boom, we have our next version.
You can then easily switch between them by clicking on the drop down.
This will show every version numbered in order of upload, which is great to keep track of what changes were done in each revision round with your client.
This icon is to change the background color, this option is there in case the white background makes it difficult to see certain elements of the graphic or if you want to check or present the design with a different background and allow the design to pop on the canvas.
And finally we have the mark as complete button. This will mark it with a green tick in the graphics tab in settings, making it clear what is done!
Next up, let’s take a look at a use case of using this with a client.
