We’ve made it super easy to use the Graphic FeedBack tool with your clients.
Let’s start with the set up.
We’ve seen creative ways of using Atarim by our users, but the 2 that work best regarding the Graphics Feedback Tool, are
Using on your client’s website OR on your own website.
Using on your client’s website will allow you and them to see all the designs that you created for them, by looking at the Graphics tab in the WordPress backend. This options also gives your client the option to create new graphics item for their own internal use.
The other option, and my favorite, is to install Atarim on your own website.
Creating a super smooth process for collaborating on designs.
To set up, install the plugin on your website, in this example, I will use my old Agency website.
I’ll run through the wizard, adding both Admins and Subscribers when ask to choose who can interact with the tool.
Now we’ll white label the tool, adding my logo, changing the colors and removing any mention of Atarim from the client’s point of view.
Great we’re all set up.
When we need to onboard a new client:
Let’s create a user for the client, to invite them to give feedback.
I will choose a password but will not notify the user, just yet.
We’re ready to work.
Let’s add a new Graphics item and add a few notes on the canvas.
When I’m ready, I will share this link with the client, along with the login details.
We created a small swipe file for you below this video to send to your client.
Now let’s see the experience from their side.
Clicking the link in the email, using a platform they are familiar with to invite them to your own system. Instant login with no additional pages and we’re ready to review the design.
Or even on their mobile.
They can see how the design evolved through the revisions and click to approve the design.
Created tasks will be under the default user that you put inside the settings.
Here is an example of what you could send a client when you need some feedback on a graphic item.
Hope you’re doing awesome today.
I have finished the first draft of your homepage design and would love to some feedback!
I am using a communication tool called Atarim, it allows you to pin tasks to your homepage design and you can give me feedback.
Here is the link:
Please post this login that I have created for you in the pop-up to get started.
To leave me some feedback, click on the plus icon that is on the right hand side of your screen, then click on where you’d like to leave me a comment.
And that’s it! I’ll take care of the rest.
All the best,”
When introducing it to your client, you don’t want to overwhelm them.
Them being able to simply click on the link and start leaving feedback in a few clicks will make them more inclined to carry on using the tool!
